FIX UK

Fix UK is the largest owner of trade parks and trade centres in the UK, with over 40 locations.  

The Fix UK portfolio of trade centres began to be acquired in 2005 and became a fund in March 2008 when the Group sold 80% of it's investment to a number of investors, including Paradigm Real Estate Managers who took over day-to-day management responsibilities. The Group retains a 20% minority share.
