Xscape Braehead, Glasgow

The 374,000 square foot property was constructed from 2004 and is located next to the Braehead Shopping Centre on the outskirts of Glasgow.

The Group owns a 50% effective interest in Xscape Braehead which is a joint venture with Capital Shopping Centres.  Like the Xscapes in Milton Keynes and Castleford, which are owned by the X-Leisure Fund, it offers indoor real snow skiing, bowling, dining, cinema and other leisure activities. Following the sale of SNO!zone Braehead the snow operator is now Sno Factor. The other principal occupiers of its 37 units are Odeon, Bowlplex and Ellis Brigham.
