Waterside was purchased by Capital & Regional in February 2011, and is centrally located in the cathedral city of Lincoln.

The Waterside has 118,000 sq ft of lettable space on two principal levels, located on a prime retail pitch in the centre of Lincoln.  There are 46 lettable units.
