We co-invest, leverage our equity and management skills over a large portfolio in order to enhance shareholder returns. We create economies of scale and deliver the benefits to tenants, and we offer all these services on a management-only basis where appropriate.

Our new, unified C&R Retail management team exploits the operational and market synergies available across the two major retail sectors in which we operate: community shopping centres and retail parks.
