Capital & Regional is a specialist property company with a focus on retail investments in the UK and Germany. We have investments in two well established UK retail funds; a joint venture in a German retail property portfolio; and a number of other interests in trade park and leisure properties.

We apply our dedicated asset and property management teams to create enhanced returns for shareholders, tenants and fund investors.
